How to get there
You can view Eiris Viewer 3 (EV3 for short) on any computer attached to the same network as the Nurse call system. Each community will have their own address to navigate to the webpage. To get this address and login username and password contact support@connectingcare.ca.
When you have the address enter it into edge in the website address bar at the top. You will come to a login page. Enter the username and password supplied from IT. You will come to this page
The only two categories here you will ever use are “Alerts view” and “Badge Viewer”
Alerts View
This page will show all active alerts. By selecting on alert you will be able to close the alarm by clicking the “Close event(s) button. If the button is not available you do not have permission to cancel that alert.
When you first load this page it will ask you what server (client ID) to open. From the drop down click “Server” option and select the “OK” button at the bottom
Badge Viewer
This page will list all the programmed Badges. It is also where you can add/edit/remove badges.
Adding badge
At the top of the window you will see a tab bar. To add badges click on the “Enroll” option.
Enter the bade name, ID, and select it’s group and model. Below is an example of what you can expect to enter
Badge Name: 316 John Deer
Badge ID: 0000000001983A
Add to group: Cottage 2B
Badge model: Resident
After all of this is entered click the “Add badge” button.
Edit/Remove Badge
From the same top bar select the “Properties”
When you select a badge in the lower list the information from the badge will appear in the top area. Here you can edit the Badge name, ID, and model. You can also enable and disable the badge. Once you have made the changes you can click “Apply changes” and it will save. If you wish to remove the badge completely, select the “Delete selected” button.
If you need to change the group the badge is added to you will have to remove and enroll the badge again.
