Anything Xerox related should be ordered through Xerox as we have a service contract with them. To order Xerox parts, equipment, etc., take the following steps:
First, have the serial number off your Xerox machine ready to go. To find the serial number, in the menu on your screen, find “Device,” and then “About.” There, you should see the serial number for your machine displayed. Once you have it, call 1-800-275-9376

You will be asked for your Serial number at this point. Provide it, and once Xerox has verified your registration, you will be able to order the Xerox parts you are seeking.
