To adjust the size of items on the screen
Press the windows button
Type “ease of access display settings” and click on the option shown of same name
To change just the size of text you can use this option.
To make everything bigger you can use this option.
Bonus: How to use windows built in magnifier
On the keyboard press the windows button and the + button. It will automatically open the magnifier. You can adjust the zoom by pressing Win&+ or Win&- to zoom in and out. To leave magnifier press Win&Esc.
