How to check your audio settings
Step 1: Go to your host computer by minimizing your virtual desktop
Move your mouse cursor to the top middle of your screen and a blue bar will appear, click the icon that looks like “ - “
Step 2: Right click on the speaker in the bottom right corner of the screen
Step 3: Choose the option “Open Sound settings”
Step 4: Make sure “choose your output device” is showing the device you wish your sound to come from.
Usually it will be “PC Speakers” or “Speakers.” If it says “Remote Audio” you are still in your virtual desktop and need to return to step 1.
