1. Open Outlook and navigate to the "People" tab in the bottom left hand corner of the screen


2. Click the drop-down arrow next to the "New Contact" button at the top left hand corner of the screen and select "New Contact List"


3. From here you will be able to give the list a name, description and add people to the list



4. Once you are done click "Create" and you should see your new contact list under "Your contact lists" on the left hand side of the screen
