1. When you are in a Teams meeting if you wiggle your mouse on the screen you will see a bar of buttons pop up on your screen (See image below)
2. In that toolbar you will see a little video recorder button. If you click that button it will turn your video on/off
3. You will also see a little microphone button in the toolbar. If you click that button it will turn your audio on/off
Now you can turn your audio/video on/off whenever you need!
