1. Click on the "Calendar" tab on the left hand side of the Teams application


2. In the calendar your meeting's will be shown as purple blocks during the time period for which they are scheduled. (See image below) Click on the meeting you wish to cancel. (Note: You must be the organizer of the meeting to cancel it)



3. In the top-left corner of the screen you will see a "Cancel Meeting" button




4. When you click on cancel meeting you will be given the opportunity to add a cancellation note and confirm the cancellation



5. Cancellation notices will be sent out to all invited attendees


You have now cancelled your meeting!
