1. Open the Teams app and navigate to the chat with the individual that you wish to speak with
2. If you don't already have a chat with the individual you wish to speak with you can create one by typing there name in the search bar.
3. Once you are in the chat with the individual you wish to speak with in the top right hand corner of the screen you should see a little video recorder and phone icon
4. Click on the the phone for an audio call and the video recorder for a video call. Once you click the button it will start calling them right away.
You should now be in your audio/video call!
