Follow the steps below to be able to present and see other in the meeting at the same time.

Note: To do this you will need 2 monitors

Step 1:

In the meeting when you want to screen share click the screen share button and a list of your open windows will pop up asking which you would like to share. On the very left-hand side of all these windows you will see the labels “Screen 1” and “Screen 2”. These indicate your two monitors. Choose one of these screens to share.

Step 2:

Say you chose to share “Screen 1”. One of your monitors will now be screen sharing and the other will not be. You will want to open whichever files you want shared on the monitor that you are sharing.

The screen that you will be sharing will be surrounded with a big red border as you can see in the image on the left.

This is the screen that you want to put whatever you are wanting to show

Step 3:

On the screen that you are not sharing you will want open Teams so you can continue to see yourself when presenting as well as see others in the meeting.

To do this if you move your mouse over Teams in your taskbar at the bottom of the screen you will see two windows as you can see in the image on the right. You want to click on the one on the left that has the 4 buttons underneath it.

This will then open Teams on the monitor that you are not sharing allowing you to present and still see everyone in the meeting
