Zoom allows you to connect your Outlook contacts and calendar so your contacts will show up from Outlook when scheduling meetings; scheduled Zoom meeting will also automatically appear on your Outlook calendar.
1. Open a web browser and go to Zoom.US
2. On the top left corner go to "Sign In"
3. Enter your username and password for your Zoom account and click "Sign In"
4. Scroll down to section "Calendar and Contact Integration"
5. Go to Connect "Calendar and Contact Service" as shown above
6. A window with "Select a Service" will appear as shown
7. Select "Office 365" and Check off "Allow Zoom to get calendar events" and/or "Allow Zoom to sync contacts" and click "Next". The following screen will appear.
8. Select "Authorize with OAuth 2.0" and click "Authorize"
9. You will then be prompted to Sign in to your email account
That's it! Your contacts and/or calendar will now sync with Zoom
